Howard Silberberg is an experienced McLean, Virginia attorney. Over his many years in private practice, he has handled an array of legal issues confronting the small business community.

Michael A. Williams is a practicing attorney in McLean, Virginia. He concentrates his practice predominantly in the areas of association law, corporations and contracts. He serves as counsel to several non-profit trade associations, foundations, corporations and limited liability companies, and regularly assists clients in forming new associations and businesses. His broad legal background includes such areas as commercial law, litigation, insurance, probate, e-commerce, income and estate tax, bankruptcy, and legislative and regulatory affairs.
